Don't believe everything you read, I think the actual sum may be quite disappointing.

To be honest, I am just as guilty, but perhaps we shouldn't get so hung up on what we get out of the transfer. We have given the guy the opportunity to play at a higher level and he has achieved it and deserved it. Dartford are on the map again as a club that gets your playing career going. That can only be a great advert to attract quality players to our club.

But still lost 0-2, didn't they? And I didn't realise they were in the relegation zone either. Cody needs to start scoring soon, methinks.

I was very pleased to see that manager Andy Thorn had the confidence to play Cody from the start. Not at all surprised that he was substitued given it was his first start of the season at very little chance to train at Coventry in the short time since his transfer.

Good luck Cody. I think he will be an asset to Coventry - and no co-incidence that Coventry also got their first win of the season, even if he didn't score!!

It's a tradition in the Championship that any side struggling for form, without a win or bottom only has to play Derby.....

Had an header cleared off the line just before half time in Coventry's disappointing 3-0 loss to Ipswich at Portman Road last night.
