2010 hasn't started yet!!!
Obviously, due to the big freeze, no one could train or play last week - end. Same again this week end.
Still Top though!

Due to the inclement weather and state of the pitch, still no training yesterday and no game to-day.
A special session at Goals may be possible during the week to kickstart the lads, ready for next week - end.
They can't wait to get going again!

SELKENT League u - 13 'B' East, result Sunday, 24/01/10:

DFC  5   -  Palace Guards  2 (HT: 1 - 1)

A long - awaited return to action saw the young Darts overcome a keen Palace side. Goals from 'Hat - trick' Connor, Harry and George kept the lads at the Top!

SELKENT u-13 'East' B League, result - Sunday, 31/01/10:

DFC  2   -  Junior Reds Valiants  5 (ht: 0 - 3)

The title run's got 'bogged' down on a very heavy pitch, which seemed to suit the Reds better. By the time, the young Darts adjusted themselves to the sticky conditions in the second half, it was all over at 5 nil down. Brendon moved up to score twice for some respectability.

SELKENT u - 13 'B' East League, result - Sunday, 07/02/10:

All Stars United F.C -  DFC  3 (ht: 6-0)

A game of two halves started with the ref (admittedly) allowing a foul throw-in for the 1st goal, with the young Darts defence waiting for the whistle in vain! Heads went down from then. However, the junior Darts shaded the 2nd half with goals from Jake, Harry and Tyler. Credit to the boys for the way the whole squad battled back. However, it was probably too little too late to save their title chase.
